I’ve worked with folks from all kinds of corners..some with polished brands, some with dirt under their nails and no plan but a fire that won’t quit. Doesn’t matter. None of that surface level stuff ever did.

What matters is that spark. The thing in your work that feels alive. Honest. A little rough sometimes, but that’s part of it.
